Birthday Cake
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This snapshot was taken on 1 October, during my oldest brother’s birthday. So, this is his birthday cake that has been ‘redecorated’ by my 2.5 years old nephew as he cannot wait to have it!
I know that the cake itself is not too sharp as I put focus on the damage part of it. The idea of present it in black and white is to get more classic tone. I am not sure if I could deliver it correctly. And this is my first balck and white here!
I crop and resize for TL.
Hope you like it. Thank you. |

Hi Imelda,
its quite unusual to present a deliciously ravaged cake in black and white. commonly, food shots would be best appreciated in color to draw out its appetizing appeal but of course that doesn't mean you cannot linger out of the box. hey photography expressed in art should know no bounderies.
