Another shot of the temple of Petitenget. A bit closer by, a bit more in your face. This temple is not intensely famous, but used by normal people for normal non-touristic worshipping. It gives this temple a nice down to earth atmosphere.

If you ever look for a less touristic place to stay in Bali, don't go to Kuta. Walk the beach North, pass Seminyak, keep on walking. And if Petitenget North of Seminyak is even too touristy for you, just keep on walking.
You'll feel it in your legs at the end of the day, but you can visit the entire string of sea temples up to Tanah Lot and each and every step North it becomes less touristy.

I already started a Bali travelogue on TrekEarth, but I also want to share some (different!) pictures on TrekLens - though sometimes from a same burst of shots.

Hi Dennis,
It's always hard to capture these views decently, but you manged it very well. A nice POV and fine sharpness, all details are very well visible and the colours are stunning. The presentation in the white frame works fine too. Superb job my friend!

Hoi Dennis
Zeer knap scultuurwerk. Zie je hier ook vaak en is gewoon knap om te zien. Goed weergegeven met goed licht en een heerlijke lucht.

Hi Dennis,
Yes I already had a look at your travelogue - quite impressive to see all that.
Lovely picture here and much better if the tourist stay away and it is just people visiting to worship.

Witaj Dennis,

Great shot my friend! :] Lovely details and lighting, nice natural colours. I dreaming about a trip to Asia, to get to know many beautiful cultures and take many photos from interesting places. Well, maybe in future it comes true ;]

Greetings,
Pawel
