They were dancing at Lovina Beach, practicing some moves.

It is Tari Keris (Keris dance). Keris means wavy double-bladed dagger/knife. But for this event they only use the wooden ones. This dance is basically a story about the struggle between good and evil.

Taken at 5:53 pm, almost dark, just before the sun set.

This is a hard shot to take IMO - and I'm not sure how best it could be taken. I guess your low POV was a good approach, but it's always interesting to see if there's a way of eliminating too many background distractions from a shot like this.
Perhaps even closer, and lower?
You've caught nice colours and a great sense of coordination between them.
