Dinner is skewered

Fly eating a fly. I'm not sure if the big one is a Dolichopodid or an Robberfly (Asilidae). When I took this photo I did not even notice the small fly it was eating! The DOF could be better...I was using a 2X teleconverter to get 2:1. It is heavily cropped as well!
I may have oversharpened a bit! |

Hi Frank,
Impressive macro! Quite sharp details... But perhaps you increased saturation/contrast a bit too much? In any case, very interesting catch!

Hi Frank
Actually, it’s a nice photo and I believe you took it very well. Every thing is fine.
Have a good time

Whoa-hoh! Frank, truly the best I've seen in the macro category, in fact, I don't think I've ever seen one like this. Magazine-quality shot for sure as the dragonfly enjoys the skewered meal! Good for him! Top quality.
