[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Here you see a detail of a small statue of a deity at East of the market in Ubud, near Jalan Raya Ubud. Loved the way the light was playing around it and the swirling of the inscence.

Ubud is more inland Bali and stands for culture, though with quite a tourist touch. The mountain air is making it a bit cooler than the South, but you also have a fair chance of catching rain over here. I only spent half a day there, being on a tight schedule. But one can surely spend several days there, visiting the art galleries, museums, temples in and around the town, the nearby monkey forest and much more.

Next to that, go there for the good food! I went to the low-budget Warung Ibu Oka, opposite of the Ubud Palace. It did not disappoint! Try the "spesial", ie. the Balinese style suckling pig roast. Wonderful...

Verygood shot you have here with the colourful of this statue. The dof also very good and it accentuated with the burn incent.

The world is a fascinating place Dennis, nicely done. Some of the credit must go to the decorators, but well framed.
