[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
When I came back from Africa in the past, people often asked me if it was difficult working with people over there. The general idea seems that Africans are often sleeping and lazy. Well, that's not true!!
I have always been positively surprised with the work ethos of the people I worked with in Africa. Hard workers and surely not lazy!

I have been surprised with the high number of people I saw sleeping on their job in Indonesia! I really did not see so many people sleeping on the job as over there.
BUT, they surely are NOT lazy! The minute you wake them up, they will work hard with a lot of spirit. It just surprised me that sleeping on the job was perceived as being normal.
Nothing to do? No worries, just take a nap. They'll wake me up when there is something to do. And so it happened ;-).
