after reading you note i found out that these are tomatoes. earlier i thought that they must be some kind of Indian cherrys.
A sharp shot of lovely colourful object.
a nice idea of white plate to highlight the subject

I really like this shot of the tomatoes all on their stems! Very creative and imaginative. I like the subtle variation in the different shades. Nice simple background too.

Well folks... From a photographic point of view there's not a lot going for this picture...
1. For a still life such as this everything should be in FOCUS.. However with a 5.6 aperture only the stem of the cluster is truely in focus, none of the tomatoes (subject) are..
2. Just plonking them on a white plate doesn't do any justice to this image. Either have the whole plate - or none!!
The light's worked out well here, just a pity Tjutjut that you haven't thought about using a tripod (better DOF) or thought a little harder about the composition.
Seriously, for someone with so many photos on TL you should be posting far better images than this. Such as your previous shot - far better (anti tumour)

I can imagine the sharpness to be much better if a tripod is used for this macro, but at 1/40 you have produced a good macro using natural light and BG. The natural bunch is a good subject for this macro.

Like the changing colors from left to right of the image. Moisture is a good touch too. So you buy them for juice. My major use is cut up in a salad. Interesting.

Oh you use them for juice - must say I never used tomatoes for that. I just cut them in half, add a tiny bit of seasalt and just eat them like that.
