Very nice and very dreamy.

I like the vivid colours and the freeze of the wave splashing onto the beach.

I think the composition is good and the centered horizon works okay for me.

OOOH the colors here are terrific.

The green and blue contrasts well against the orange flag.
The saturation is spot on.
The horizon is perfectly level, something that is not always easy to do!
You also have stopped motion well in the waves.
