Very good work with this model, in this shot, I was using slowspeed to get the nice waterflow and the small apeture to get more DOF.
PP with some channel mixer, glow and leveling.
Thanks for looking.

Hi Kesha!
Amazing girl. Wonderful pose. Fantastic scene. Beautiful colors. Original picture.
Cheers!
Hi Kesha,
The "statue" stands before a very lovely scenario! I like the faded sky with only a bit of blue. Very nice texture and colors all over.

very nice photo, and editing
Not easy to get such sharpness with the slow water-flow effect.
I love the idea, I just don't think this one works so well. I find there is a strong conflict between the model, and the building behind her: for a start, both compete for the same space of the photograph, it's impossible to look at the model without seeing the building.
I think this is made worse by the deep field of focus: if you had a shallower DOF it would be less of a clash.
I don't think the blue gradient in the sky works.
I'm also not keen on the glow effect in this shot.
Still - two pointer just for your strength of concept and the great setup you did here!
