Beautiful fallen golden leaves immersed in the pond with a duck producing some ripples to agitate the clear water.
Beautiful sky reflection, thus creating an awesome capture.

Is this a surprise from you..? Indeed a autumn duck :)
A great capture of cute mallard with nice sharpness and from a great POV. The colors are perfect and water with autumn leaves gives nice charm to this work.

Beautiful yellows to show the Autumn season :)
Since ur shutter is 1/15 which is very very slow in the terms of handheld going to the focal length of 70mm (as u've not mentioned the use of tripod and a little had shake is quite visible)

Try a little angled composition placing the duck at right top ROTs heading to the lower left might give u an effective composition (IMHO)

Hello Akihisa,

A lovely autumnal shot with superb colours and the added interest of such a pleasing focal image. This duck, shovelling in the leaves, disturbing the water, is a delightful subject.
My suggestion for improvement would be to improve the composition by cropping, to place the duck in a strong place within the frame.

I have done a w/s to illustrate my thoughts. I hope you like it.

Wow! Beautiful scene here and it is the first time I have seen one of your wildlife shots! Considering the slow shutter speed of 1/15 sec you have done well to get a very sharp shot. The action, colours, and clarity are superb and well presented shot! Well done Akihisa and TFS!
