A house designed in 1942 by Kuni Maekawa.

From Wikipedia,
The Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum (江戸東京たてもの園, Edo Tōkyō Tatemono En) in Koganei, Tokyo, Japan, shows historic Japanese buildings. Located in Koganei Park, it can be reached by the Seibu Shinjuku Line (Hana-Koganei Station) or JR Chuo Line (Musashi-Koganei Station).

Acclaimed animator Hayao Miyazaki often visited here during the creation of his film, Spirited Away, for inspiration.

Hi Olivier
Great shot of this nice Japanese style. I like the sunlight which devided to square like portions on the wall. Excellent Image quality and successful light control due to professional metering.
Regards, Alireza.

Superbe Olivier!

Tu as su capté l'ambiance du moment.

Olivier,

This is a great shot of the building. I like the repetitive squares of the windows and the reflections on the wall. All of the lines and angles add much interest.

tfs, Lisa

Bonjour Olivier
Bravo
Serge

G'Day,
Fantastic photo. The combination of the lines and shadows is just divine. The warm colours and lighting are magnificent. The interest is maintained across the frame. The only distraction (very minor though) is the dark object at the very bottom left.

Hello Olivier,
Great graphism, lightness and color contrasts...
Very beautiful... a masterpiece

Hi Olivier
This shot really describes the lifestyle of the Japanese.
The sliding door with rice paper, the lantern the lattice, all perfectly captured, with great shadows of the bending sunlight.
