[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a photo of the Shibuya Crossing at the height of a weekend rushour. It is quite a sight to behold as thousands of pedestrians cross the massive intersection everytime the traffic light turns green.

I shot this during the blue hour in order to emphasize the lighted neon signs and to convey motion blur on the pedestrians.

Dear Tim,

What a wonderful photo this is with really awesome use of slow shutter speed to depict people trail effect in this busy bustling metropolitan town. I can see nothing wrong with this picture and the exposure is mind bending...bravo!
