[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was taken from an apartment balcony in downtown Matsuyama. The summer festival was being celebrated with fireworks, and I wanted to combine the beauty of the fireworks and the city in one. Also, it's hard to tell but the blur in the bottom right hand corner is a passenger train. (I wanted more definition, but I didn't get setup until after it began moving) Let me know what you think. :-)
