Hi Marc,
What a stunning view and a stunning looking photo. The bright colored light on the right is in great contrast with the almost black buildings. The refelction of the merry-go-round is greatly reflected in the water, but also partialy in the building. Excellent exposure and POV.

Very beautiful shot with excellent clarity in spite of being a night shot. The colors of lights on ferrus wheel and their reflection in water looks amazing. Also an excellent POV covering great details of the place.
