Hi Akihisa,
I like the colour and the background on the left of the image. But on the right, you've got both subject and background in shade which is a little distracting. Hard lighting to work with, and not the best for these shots. You really need more diffused lighting.

There is nothing wrong with the focus and sharpness of snap the problem is where dark red petal and dark green leaf intermerged due to shadow as has been pointed out by Phil.POV is wonderful and the heart of rose with those shadows is looking lovely.TFS
