[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was on this white sandy beach watching the sun going down. But today, with the haze fuming in the west coast of Sabah, the sun going down looks drab with the western sky, lacklustre and a bit desaturated.

Sunset would not be as concerting today as other sunsets I had taken before. Or is it?

There joyriding in the frothing waist high waves, crashing and tumbling on the white sand, are two lovely wonderful Caucasian children from a nearby hotel. A sister and her brother rolling and crashing with the waves. Ah yes...young waveriders! That makes interesting subjects.

It might not be the "Jaws" standard of Maui high stormy waves with green tubes and high crests barreling to shore but, poors can't be choosers. You just have to make do with what little you have and what's coming to you.

The G10 hasn't seen much actions lately and it would be fun to poison others what the little choo choo train of a Decisive Moment Camera could do. Maybe, I could get a spot on SI with these sunset waves riders.

Wade offshore to waist high deep to meet up the waves and getting to know better the two frollicking young riders... With the pealing waves trying to lift you off your feet at any instance, being steady and stable goes out the window.

Hi Rabani,
Beautiful catch, you have caught the wave just right before it breaks over her head, the sand thrown up in the wave can be seen giving a cloudy, contrasting look to the wave and the girl is in beautiful focus.
Cheers
Bri

A sweet capture of an bathing image with sea waves.
