You have a pretty subject here but you need to be more in command of the scene. First, you need to make her look at you. Here, she is looking at someone else even though her body is facing you. It's the eyes that "talk" or communicate.
Second, she is standing by the doorway and it helps in framing her. The problem with most doorways in Sabah is, you would see all assortment of tainted slippers and worn out shoes parking in front of it. Try not to include them in your shots ok.
Look around your viewfinder and see whether there's anything that might be distracting and not nice, before you release the shutter.
