Scene taken at Kampung Pasir Pandak. Located about 10 km from Kuching. Small fishing village but very popular with King Of Friuts "Durian". Scene shown there are no trip for that day. Sky was not so pleasing at that time so that why i focused more on the beach.

Happy viewing.

hello rigz

It is very difficult to shoot in bright sun, and also in dull sky which offers little attraction to a landscape.

So you chose a good pick to focus on the beach and the boats here. I also notice that lately your observation of subjects have vastly improved in your shots to give more interesting viewpoints.

The color of boats and the sand in a way compensate a bit for the dull sky in this capture. And you level the horizon and have good sharp focus with f/8. These are basic skills which you have done well.

On a good saturday, maybe we can go shooting in a good location?

tfs, bill

boleh tahan lurusnya horizon.. tu yang aku noticed immediately.. kalo adjust saturation lagi cantik ne, Geoffrey.. apa pon good job.. banyak dah kau improved dari mula2 dulu.. keep on practising..
