atteding training course this two days and its start from 9.30am. thus got extra times to shoot flowers before depart.
i start shooting this flower since sunday but sunlight was a bit harsh as i woke up after 9am. so tried again after breakfast yesterday... have missed place my black cloth, so uses my dark blue dress as black ground. sunlight was good that morning.. i place the flower under the sun with the pot under the shed, to give a darker blackground.. |

Hello Chin,I like the way that you presented this flower, with just the head visible.Your efforts at creating a dark background has worked very well.
The flower is perfectly sharp, it looks like plastic with the light shining on its petals![I don't mean that in a critical way.]
Tfs, regards Jean.
not to dark not to bright.. this how i described your beautiful chrysanthemum.. simple capture but still look elegant on it own in that dark bg.. nice work, Jong.. tfs..
regards, terry

Hi Jong,
lovely colours well balanced. The light is sufficient to give a pleasant shine.
The drk background enhances the pretty flower with details and sharpness.
A lovely composition .
