Unagi Shushi

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Grilled "Unagi" (or eel in English) is popular not only for its flavor but also for its stamina-giving properties. It's tradionally eaten during one of the hottest days of the summer in Japan to provide strength and vitality for the rest of the year.
Ok, i got those facts from a website. Actually i know nothing about Unagi except i know it is a kind of eel fish. This is a photo of Unagi Shushi that i took at a local Japaneses Shushi outlet. It is really tasty, with an appetizing texture, crisp on the outside but tender on the inside. So i decided to take photo of this nice Unagi Shushi and add to my food's collection album.
I choosed Aperture Priority Mode and set to f/5.6.
Resized and added frame to this photo.
Enjoy and have a nice day.

I got such a chuckle out of your vast knowledge of Unagi when you admitted you got the info from the web! LOL You really can get the tasty and delicious "look" to the food you photograph. Another well done addition to your collection. I had never heard of this particular dish. TFS....:O)

Another nice food pic from Ah Thong. However, everything seems too orange/yellow for my taste. Other than that, great composition. I see that you have learnt to keep things simple and nice. Well done!
Well, I find the picture "with an appetizing texture, crisp on the outside but tender on the inside" ;-)
The green-yellowish tone is something that can be corrected easily in PS or similar. The basic photography is very well done !
(see the WS for minor corrections)
I don't know what it is or what it tastes like but its another great bright shot from you Thong, I would definately give it a try. Great shot and informative note too. Very nice!
Looks good food,
nice shot
