why? the question that silently appeared in his mind and his young face distort into a confused twist.......

these are taken during my research study of poverty in an urbanized civilization.....he is one of the many kids i came across who lived his life by the river, amongst contaminated junks and industrial wastes.....through his eyes came the expectant question....what's in his future? he dare not hope, he can only dream...............

Intense note Eleen... living in a prosperous country often let us forget how many of these children actually live on this planet. Your photo and note keep us awake. BW is a good choice for subjects like these.

wow..wow! this is ur best photo posted here i thinK! i like this so much.. portraits shooting of this little innocent kid... i struggle a lot to take this kind of photo.. but you did a great job..on capturing the emotions and feelings..straight from the eye of this kid into the photo... very good photoshop and post processing and very very well presented. interesting notes too...
