[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
this is another photo from the Mariamman Temple in Johor Bahru. i hope i am not boring you guys with endless portraits...i just love spontaneous moments like this....

it was a sunny day and i was tired and hot after climbing up to the rooftop of the temple to get some measurements....when i came down, the praying session was in progress....this little boy was left to play alone and when he saw me, someone who is not similar to him, who has no business being there....he shot me this annoyed look....as if saying...get lost! hahah....i took my camera and clicked....he was even angrier....i ran off before he could start crying:)

well, i guess everybody has a proclaimed territory with invisible borders and i just invaded his:)

i cropped the little boy to another layer, desaturated the background because the lady behind was wearing a very bright coloured 'sari', and then added fresno filter just to create a different feeling....hope you like it:)

excellent photo. the eye contact and the emotion and also the piss off feelings from this boy is very well captured. in my opinion, you have a very good eye in photography! about the post processing done, i think it is very good also, you manage to make the boy stand out from the messy background. good job! please share more...

Nice filter - nice effect. It brings out the anger in his eyes very well and the obstinate pouting of the lips. What I don't like is the blue that got into the frame. It distracts from the almost monochrome beauty of the rest.

C'est un portrait avec une très belle expression, au moins lui ne pose pas devant le photographe, ses yeux sont des pistolets.
Cette photo aurait été très belle aussi en N&B, il faut dire que j'aime le N&B et oui, c'est vrai .
