[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
art is like an endless venture....there is no need to visit famous galleries or operas etc. to be artistic...it is also not about having talent....in my humble opinion, art is how we perceive, how we appreciate....it is the passion to love what is around us, to look and feel...to really 'see'...

it is sad when we were a child, we are fascinated with everything and we're hold no biasness or prejudice...and as we grow, we continue to lose the ability to 'see'...due to influences of more practical lessons from those who always say 'they have been there'...'they know better'....

today i have no time to search for photos, or the mood to take new photos...so i took a photo of a sketch from my sketchbook...where i store all my little ideas and thoughts....

this this is a sketch i did when i was working freelance...i did this together with a very wonderful friend...hours of brainstorming and sketching...we came up with almost 50 sketches like this in a night....i picked this one at random...

the color was dull...due to my aging sketchbook's quality, so i did some pp work to it....adjusted curves and levels, then the beams of lights are added...i cropped out the shape of the light shining down, painted it yellow, apply soft light, and set opacity to 65 %....other minor adjustments are done to sharpen and lighten the paper texture...i couldn't do much to the grains...so i just left them as they are...

forgive me for posting my own work....not an original photo. please tell me how to make it better...i always use this technique when i am in a hurry to complete my projects....thanks!

Really nice, your sketch! You are very talented...As an artist myself, I use to draw everything I feel...pain, happiness, angry, everything. All my moods are fixed in the paper, my paintings, my drawings: the colors, the styles, the mouvement cant tell you how I feel at the moment.

Drawing is a different way to see the world. You can paint your own world as you want, beautiful, happy or sad. It is your way to "see". Adults use to forget how to "see"; children are usually more sensitive to their entourage, and see things otherway.

Hope you will continu to show us how you feel in you drawings...and your photos. You do a really good job! Nadine

I would only add one thing about art to the first paragraph, art is also expressing, and you do it very good, I like this sketch, I like the color composition and the perspective, there is a good depth feeling here.

Liron.

Beautiful sketch captured well on digital media. Nice shot thanks for sharing.

Peter

Bonsoir eleen.
C'est très beau tu devrais aussi faire une exposition de tes travaux.
C'est de la peinture à l'eau je suppose ou peut être de l'encre ?
Dessin très bien fait
jp

Good evening eleen.
It is very beautiful you should also make an exposure of your work.
It is painting with water I suppose or can be ink?
Drawing very well done
jp

We don't doubt your talent Eleen, and obviously you had some training in these skills. However, it can hardly count as "photograph". With a little imagination though it could have been, just by adding a real-life object like a painting-brush, or some (suggesting immunity) pills on the sketch. It wouldn't take the magic out of this sketch, on the contrary, it would add depth to it... What do you think ?
Thanks for showing your capabilities

Hi Eleen, you are not only an artist with your cam. This sketch is phantastic. Worth to be shown in one of the famous galleries of this world (not only in this famous gallery :-)
bye alex

Not a photo, but an interesting sketch ;-) Since I love to draw myself I couldn't let this pass without a word of praise... Well done!

Did I say several times, that you are creative ? ? Here's the result (again) !
A picture from one of your sketches. Oh well, I would have done it myself, but I'm not that creative ! Okay, the picture is just a picture this time, but your creation is wonderful, Eleen, I like it very well and I love it, that you are with us ! !

For shure i can do the picture me too but never the draw! You have a good talent! I'm always surprise sometime how some people can draw fast & easily! Beatifull!
