Alismataceae - A Review
Thank you friends for giving your critique and view. I'm indebted to all of you. So as to have a different point of view or angle of shot that would hinder the disturbing branch as in the previous shot, I present anpother angle of the same flowers. I did not do anything to the flowers I just move about a bit.

The Alismataceae or water-plantain family is a family of flowering plants, comprising 11 genera and between 85-95 species. The family has a cosmopolitan distribution, with the greatest number of species in temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere. Most of the species are herbaceous aquatic plants growing in marshes and ponds.

A fine image of this delicate flower, excellent light and well composed. Like the contrast in this image, the white petals against the very dark background.

A very fargile flower and you have retained the fargility in shot very well almost near to actual as I can feel it while watching your shot.The droplets and the reflection of light on petals around drops is amazing.The back ground is projecting main subject very well.TFS
