Great capture here. I think the most striking thing about this photo is the water. It is like a rippling mirror. Composition is just right and I like you including the boat in the picture. It gave me a sense of scale to the size of the cliffs.

Good time of day for this CPL and you have captured a great pov with rippled water and the rocks standing tall. Good contrast and saturation. I would not worry about a slight horizon tilt easily fixed by edit.
