Hi Jusni,
I like the view over the water toward the mountains and setting sun. But, I do feel that the entire photo is a little dark. Have you tried to open up the shadows? The bright lights on the left are also a little distracting. Human eyes are atrackted to contrast and will focus on the lighter areas.
