Another food photo from me.

This time its a kind of cold local desert, from my hometown Ipoh. Its called "Wan Tau Long" in Chinese and its only available in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.

Its a combination of sweet jelly and sour lemon. Mixed with sugar and some fresh fruit juice and also crushed ices. Its a very unique and nice dish, especially during hot afternoon.

I took this photo using Olympus C730, F/2.8 and 1/30 sec Exposure Time.

I did not do any post process for this photo, I only resized and added frame on it.

Any comments, critiques and workshops (especially how to enhance this image by adjusting contrasts, levels, brightness, saturations, colors, etc..) are welcomed.

Have a nice day...

Well, yum yum. A refreshing drink to go with my hearty American Breakfast!! This looks delighful. I think the frame is a tad heavy and I would have loved to have seen the entire drink, glass and all!!! But otherwise, a delighful, fun composition.... :O)

Thong,

The left part of the pic is a lil overexposed. Maybe it's because of the F/2.8

Nevertheless, you just made me hungry again. Well done!

Hi Thong,
It's early morning here in Brazil and "Wan Tau Long" could be a great breakfast. It's very hot here and it seems to be very refreshing.
It is a nice composition. I think that is a little bit overexposed. The white area in your phot reduce the definition. Try to reduce your expose period, maybe it works...
Keep posting !

It looks delicious and refreshing, I'd love to have a big bowl of it today as it is earth crackingly hot in SA today...well done!

Hi thong
This is a good composition, and as your offered to have a workshop, I did to have it at dinner.

A little overexposure on the ice & lemon but a very nice (appetizing) shot. At first I thought this was kakikoori (crushed ice topped with flavored syrup sold in Japan). I guess it's a simlar but the jelly is a different twist. I would like to try this someday.
