 |

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Well, this time I want to share with you guys, another famous Ipoh Chinese food, its the Fried-Hor-Fun. (Hor-Fun is a type of chinese noodle). This is a hawker food, that can be found almost everywhere in Ipoh.
Its deep fried with vegetables, prawns, meats, cockerals and egg. It taste very delicious, a bit salty, and obviously as you can see, it is very very OILY. This is also another of my favourite local hawker food..hehe..
This is an example of food to boost your cholesterol level! haha.. very unhealthy type of food.. but most of the people here also dont care, because its simply taste good!
So what do you think? Dare to try some?
Comments, Critiques and Workshops are welcomed.

Char Kuey Teao! Another popular name for it. Nice capture. I didn;t know they mix it with thin rice noodle over at Ipoh. It is my favourite dish also. As for the picture, I think the DOF is too narrow but overall nice capture.
It seems delicious...:))Excellent colors...I think I'm hungry...

I notice some camera shake here. Must be due to the 1/15 sec exposure. Anyhow, nice capture.
hftey,
Fried Hor Fun and Char Kuey Teow is two different dishes.
I sure would try it, it looks very tasty.
how i miss the food! definately a must to eat when i'm back in Ipoh! hahha..yes, the oily killer....well, we only live once, so i think i'll still love eating it despite the boost of cholestral level! well done Thong!
Well, Thong, you finally did it. Your photo and composition of this dish is very good, but I don't think this one causes me to be hungry. Not sure about those feelers, eyes and legs (?) I see everywhere....It is a really nice photo, tho.......:O)
