[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This Chinese-style Honey BBQ Chickens taste really sweet and nice. It is cooked in a grilling BBQ style, and serve with rice, cucumbers and sweet dark BBQ sauces. The chicken meats its kinda crispy at the edges and very soft in the inner side.

I took this photo when I was having my lunch at a food court in a local shopping complex. It cost around RM4.00 (or USD$ 1.00)... really worth!

I slightly crop the original photo to make it little bit tighter, minor adjustment on curves, and added some frame/canvas.

Is this a conspiracy to torpedo my dieet... mmmm? You should contact BBC Food channel and show them your photo's they are EXCELLENT! Somehow you succeed in capturing also the flavor not only the immage....once again unbeatable!
