Hong Kong Style Rainbow Ice SagoLolo...
Its a type of cold desert that can be found at some Chinese hawker stalls around Ipoh town.
The ice cubes are crushed into snowy and soft ices...mixed with lots of sagos..and yam juices. Various fruits will be put on top of it. Watermelons, Lychees, Rambutans, Mangos, StarFruits, etc...
I like this food very much, because its cold and the fruits are nice. Its a perfect dish to cool down your hot and tiring day. (btw, its hot days all thru the year here in Malaysia). It costs around RM4.00 (USD$1.00) per bowl.
I took this photo, using Aperture Priority Mode, set to largest (f/2.8), trying to create a shallow DOF... Then, minor enhancement on Photoshop and added frame.
