[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is the greatest food ever (for me), ever found in Penang island. Much much more better than those other Penang famous food like Laksa, Char Kuey Tiau, etc...

Ok... this is called Roti Bakar, at an old coffee shop at Bayan Lepas. Its just a simple toast, where the bread are toasted with "heavy" butter.. and the sugar are poured on top of the toasts. Its so delicious that I am already addicted and will visit this old coffee shop every weekend if I am not outstation. And also, every friend that come to visit Penang, I wil bring them here to try it.

Btw, you can see some parts of a cup, of half-boiled eggs on the background, making this a perfect breakfast to start a day!

Wow.. I didn;t know the Roti bakar up at the north is so special. All we got here in KL is just butter spreaded thin. Nice work. Can we make order from you? I would like to see the original Penang Laksa :) That would be your next assignment hehe.
