Butter Bun
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This time its the famous Hong Kong stlye, "Po Lo Pau", or in English - Butter Bun.
Its just a very simple dish, but it is very tasty. The bun or bread are made of sweet potato and sweet corn flavoured, so it tastes very sweet and soft. And the main item in the middle, obviously, is a bunch of BUTTER! Really lots of butter there..., so you can imagine this is a very high calorie food... hahaha...
But I just dont care, coz this is one of my favourite food also, and want to share with you guys. This butter bun is very good for high tea or as an appetizer...

Hi Thong, thanks for showing and making me hungry :) I'm on my new year diet right now, so this is unbelievably cruel *ggg*. The macro shot is very sharp almost like real life. Very good. I find the background a little distracting, but that is just a minor point. Yours, Jan

Hi thong, I tried to take a pix of a beautiful garden salad I was served at a restaurant tonight and it turned out awful. How do you do it? Your expertise is tempting us with these fabulous, delicious dishes. You have a rare talent for that. Keep these coming as I not only enjoy your compositions, but your notes are so informative too...:O)
