THis is the exact same design that I see just down the road here as I approach Manila from the south - but it's a restaurant! They serve sausages ... no they don't. Another lie.
I nearly bought a cave house in Spain but it didn't have this frontage. Much less grandiose.
Stereotypical Chinese and it could well be the entrance to an upmarket restaurant but I'll take your word for it.
Tomorrow, give us sharks...fin soup.
