Nice simple portrait here Bill, the colours and details especially are impressive.

I'm not a fan of central placement of subject like this, I would much rather see her placed more towards the left (or right) in keeping with more conventional portrait techniques.

Good work mate, you've captured her elegance beautifully.

Hi Bill, I think in this case the cntral position works well, counteracted by the air which is draped over Jane's left shoulder. Good skin tones, lovelt detail and well framed. TFS,

Lovely portrait shot,beautiful skin tones color and light..IMO,put the subject on the left side for better technique on a portrait as our friend did mention early..Anyway this superb result on your portrait shot...well done.

Your sis is a beautiful woman, and your portrait does her right, Bill. I'm not too wild about the frame (the bright line is a bit distracting for me) and I think the background, especially on the left, could have been darkened in PP. Apart from that, at only 1/13" I'm amazed by the sharpness of the picture.

Very nice portrait, well crop and compose. Good exposure and nice texture details. Nice, sincere smile on the part of the subject and good expression. Eyes are in sharp focus.

Overall image presente a red cast. I did some corrections and post it in the workshop. Hope you'll agree. Good work.
