Took this picture at the other side of pulau sapi facing the south china sea.
Pulau Sapi, literally known as "Cow Island" in Malay is just off the south-western tip of Pulau Gaya. The 25 acre (10 ha) island features one of the nicest beaches in the park and most popular with tourists for snorkeling and scuba diving. (Wikipedia)

Simple composition, tapi menarik. Suka sya tingu tu batu-batu. BTW, terima kasih tu info yang ko kasi pasal tambang pigi sana.
Hidup Steve!!!

Hi Steve,
Tu lah kau tidak ikut sia pigi hari sabtu. It's too bad about the weather when you were there. This has the potential to be an outstanding photo. You've got your composition just right. It's just the weather that was not in your favour. A blue sky with nice puffy clouds would have made this an amazing photo. Still you did pretty well with what nature has thrown at you.
TFS.
Regards,
Alvin
Hi, Steve,
Thank you for acquainting us with this remote corner of the world.
I like these crude lead colours.
Was there any storm?

hi Steve
One of earliest work was at the beach and rocks, and I liked the elements of rocks, water, sky, trees. In this capture you have followed the rules well in composition and soon you will find out how a polarizer will help with contrast and saturation under bright sun light. I had since returned to the same place to re-shoot in different light and weather conditions. Perhaps you can do the same and find out how you can out-do yourself.
The work then rests with your pov and composition to make the view better. That comes with practice. Nice work.
