fruits look attactive with that depth of colours. nice exposure and presention, tfs, Terry

Hi Nong... anak sya sebut ini barang urang-butan. donno why, tapi sampai sikarang itu panggilan sudah melekat sama dia.

Cantik side lighting. Mungkin bulih cuba pakai fill in flash supaya harsh lighting inda mengganggu.

Inda pula sya tau musim berbuah sudah ni urang-butan. Di kebun ka ni?

adhan.

Hi Terry

Rambutans! My favourite! I ate lots of these in Sumatera. Goos color & dof. Tfs!

Hi Terry,

Now that I've seen your photo, I've only remembered that I should have some ripe rambutans now since I last posted my green rambutan photo. Nice photo with good colour exposure on the ripe fruit. Nice and red with the green foliage. However, I think the BG a bit OE at the lower left corner. I agree with Rmadan's suggestion on avoiding the harsh lighting.

TFS.

Regards,
Alvin

Hello Terry! Well that's a very nice shot of these unknown fruits (to me!) Composition is well done and the sharpness of the details is great, good job!

Mario

Yes Terry, indeed ripe and ready to be picked. We can even buy them here in the shops and they are mostly used to decorate a desert, because they not only taste good, but also look lovely.

Hello Terry

Beautiful shot of this fruit.
Here in Brazil her name is " Urucu ".
We have trees of them here and I painted my face a lot with them.
Our Indians already used them,
The paint used by those Indians is prepared
with urucu seeds, that it is picked in the months
of May and June. The seeds are
grated in fine sieves and boiled in
water to form a paste. With this
paste is made balls that, involved
in leaves, they are kept during completely
the year for the tattoo ceremonies.
The extracted paint of the urucu is also used
to dye the hair and in the making
of facial masks.
Beautiful shot, I liked, he makes time that I don't see a trees of this for here, I will only find inside the state.
Congratulations!
