Where did you capture this shot?
I tried to capture this last month when I was in Banding Island. Unfortunately, the raflessia is yet to bloom. We need to take a half an hour hike toward the hill before we could find the raflessia.
Your Raflessia look fresh and the lighting is pretty good. I don't think you could get such perfect lighting in the deep forrest. Moreover is looked very very fresh and I notice green leaves scattered among the dry ground. This couldn't be in the forrest.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Good effort in photographing this rarely seen Rafflesia flower. You must have hiked quite a distance in the rain forest. I understand that it is the largest flower in the world and that it emits a stench to attract insects on which it feeds.
