[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Who can it say - will it be rainy or sunny today?
Better take care for both - umbrella and sunglasses.

We had a long talk to this interesting and friendly monk at the Swedagon-Pagoda in Yangon.
It's amazing that these men love to talk with the tourists. He also spoke a very good English and we had an unforgetable time there.

Really interesting model... I do like the vivid colours and the contrast created by them... Great work...

Nice colourful shot and aptly named Sabine.
Thanks for sharing.
Michael.

THe umbrella can serve agains the sun or the rain... As my head is shaved the same way... I don't want the sun hurm my head...
But i use caps... A personnal preference in my wearing.

Good observation! The dressing is of a catching eyes color!

I like very much this photo. This monk appears so alive and cheerful! Great colors. Very nicely done! Annie

Hahaha.. a good photo but the sungleasses take some respect/mistique away from this priest! On the other hand .. it makes him more human ^_^ Lovely photo Sabine! TFS

Hallo Sabine,

HI,
Nice shot. I love the bright colours.
Glasses and umbrella such a contrast.
Nice work.
:)

Hi Sabine,

lol... Better be prepared about anything! :)
It's so weird looking a 'traditional' monk with sunglasses and umbrella. I don't know why, but it looks funny to me. :)
Great shot with nice colours and detail!
Well done!

Constantinos

Excellent portrait. Love the sunglasses. The umbrella forms a good strong anchor point in the composition.

Hi Sabine and Stephan,

Wonderful image of the monk in all his finery. Excellent definition of face, arms and upper body. I have seen many monks (and most Asian ladies) down here with their umbrellas but yet to see a monk wearing sunglasses. A simple photo and elegantly presented. TFS,
David

Guten tag Sabine
I've always enjoyed the sight of monks's or nuns's daily life "non official" postures !!
This is quite representative of ease taking!
Bravo
