Yes, I do agree with you, both about this fantastic flower on fire and the heat today. infact doay which is just a bit cooler than some other days, its 34 degrees celcius, some days we have up to 40!

Beautifull photo - ussualy i really don't like flowers' photos but this one is really good and well composed. Really good macro. I just don't like frame here -it's not natural element of your photo of nature!

..und das bisschen regen gestern hat keine abkühlung gebracht
und nächste woche geht die hitze wohl weiter.
da zeigst du uns hier das passende photo, sabine! :-)
eine wahre explosion in rot und gelb, da steigt die
temperatur gleich noch um einige grad.
ein wundervoller blick ins innere der erde, wollte ich schon
schreiben, wegen der hitze, meinte natürlich blume, auf
die staubgefäße etc.
klasse gemacht & alles kühle, thorsten.

Wow! You must be very proud of this one Wishnu. Flowing reds on a subdued yellow background. Original framing also. It gives the impression that the flowers are going to grow right out of the uncontained frame.

Great macro, Sabine! I'm not sure I like your framing, but that's a matter of personal opinion. The image by itself is breathtaking, the combination of red and yellow very intense. Excellent!
