Thank you for compiling this and submitting!
Its a great tribute to the people of this politically troubled country. I would love to visit Myanmar.
I hope the protests remain peaceful...
Cheers.

Absolutely. They have my thoughts with them. Democratic freedom is something none of us should ever take for granted.
Beautiful composite of these portraits.

Hi Cordelia - 12 good individual portraits put together in a nice collage with a great sentiment behind the whole image. I like the range of portraits here - old/young, male/female - representative shots.
I truly believe some things are worth fighting for, such as regime change in Burma. How this will end none of us know, but I hope quickly and as peacefully as possible.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/7013943.stm may be of interest to some, regarding the Burma/Myanmar choice of name.
Hi Cordelia! It's a very good collage and you captured nice portraits of them. It's very hard to assemble numerous pictures in a limited pixel requirement for one posting but you managed it well. Congratulations!
TFS,
Freddie :)
PS: I wondered what's the white foundation they put on their faces, when I went there last week. I had no idea about its purpose. I also see some Thai people having this in their culture.
People are the same everywhere ... so are the oppressor. they only have different names in different countries.
And when oppressors strike, countries supposedly democratic remain silent - looking out only for their narrow interests of profit.
I wish the struggling people of Myanmar all success in their battle against the inhuman barbarians, the dealers in death.
It is very thoughtful of you to prepare this collage for these people, sad story yet there are so many of them in the world :( thanks Cordelia..

Thank you for your political statement ...
PEACE and freedom
Excellent Cordelia, some faces I have seen in your gallery and some new ones. A very sad state of affairs. Thet get rid of one lot of dicrators and inherit ones who seem worse. TFS,
David

Hi Cordelia,
A wonderful gesture for the oppressed people of Burma. I rather call it Burma since the junta has renamed this country to Myanmar.
The photos are all wonderful and the message is perfect.
Lets hope that the international community will take actions soon, but only actions that will help the people of Burma.
TFS,
Niek

Une excellente idée de présenter ce montage ne serait-ce que de rappeller au monde la situation politique qui prévaut dans ce pays . Un montage bien fait avec une excellente note .

Pryvitanne Cordelia!
You are brave women! I hope you will be ok because in Myanmar people's war! In Myanma a military mode board, not democratic, therefore I consider, that democracy is necessary to people of this country! But the United Nations consider as in my country there is no democracy and wishes to influence Belarus as and to Myanma, but it is absolute two different countries, at us to people well is also we do not want violent reforms though the European union and NATO force them to make us.
Beautiful portraits photo! Very good!

Hi Cordelia,
Here we pray for them as well. Hope all these people will get to know better times.
What more would you have liked to do with the collage - it is just fine as it is now, no frames in frames needed - it's right and it delivers the message.

Hello Cordelia ,
You have beautifully presented this collective image where assorted expression along with various features on the same region in different ages can be observed. An excellent sociological composition my friend, well done.
Thanks for sharing this valued image.
All very wonderful faces and expressions!! A great idea!!! TFS
