I'm not sure about this one, Vinod.
On the one hand, I like the moment you captured here, as well as the composition and the facial expression of the young lady.
On the other hand, I'm a little confused by your post-processing. I do not really see the function of it. It even raises more questions than it offers answers - at least to me. So, I'm not sure whether the scars on the lady's face are real or the result of the post-processing you did. And if this is PP, why did you choose to do so? The same goes for the red patches on the basket, why are they there?
Your answers to my questions will be greatly appreciated and, of course, as this critique only expresses the way I look at your photo, do feel free to (dis)agree with my remarks ;o).
