[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Monkeys like to swim on hot days. The monsoon rains filled this little "pool", just for the monkeys. The "monkey temple" is a favorite hang out for troops of monkeys. The food offered to Gods is fine with the monkeys to eat themselves. Nepalis live daily with the mischievous monkeys. Hauman is the Hindu monkey God who saved a Hindu God's wife, Sita from the evil king of Sri Lanka. (I suspect this "pool" was where animals were once sacrificed to Hindu gods?)

Dear Didi,

I really dont know about those points in your notes..
But I enjoyed this from you, it's a good shot, taken well.
Wish you the best, dear friend.

Monkeys swimming a news to me.
Great culture shot. If I ever get the chance I would take a real zoom in of a wet monkey's head poking out of water.
Cheers and TFS.
