| A moment of pure joy! Children in Nepal generally are sweet, generous and kind. Nepal is a more gentle society than most. This is the edge of the tourist section in Kathmandu. The puppets are traditional Nepali ones. Already these ancient beautiful buildings have been "modernized", by slapping cement on the original bricks. The entire Kathmandu Valley is a world heritage site, but destruction is gobbling up the beauty of the old. |
