[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
My freind is making chapati, a flat thin bread. First Ramkumari mixes the flour and water, then rolls it into balls. Next she flattens the balls with a rolling pin. To cook, she flips the bread back and forth on a hot pan. They are delicious. Today is special, I bought some (clarified butter), ghee. She puts a thin film of ghee on the pan to make the bread even tastier. Her niece is always at her home, they only live a few stores apart, and in Nepal, relatives are always welcome to stay. Ramkumari sells treking supplies in a small shop.

Nice daily life shot and I guess the recipe is correct although if I were to try that, it wouldn't taste of anything.
The shot's a little too dark, and the flash on her forehead a little strong. Could possibly be evened out a bit with some PP work.

Per is right about the lighting, Gloria, the picture is a bit too dark. But I like the shot as it shows a family scene from Nepal. Most beautiful thing is the look on the girl's face, shy but interested ;o). TFS.
