Hi Gerben
Technically this shot isn't great, I'm sorry to say. The subject is placed too centrally, there's too much space around her and the flash glare is quite harsh, although in the circumstances there is little else you could do.
What strikes me is the impact, both good and bad, this generous gift will have. The girl seems very poor and that barbie may be the only doll she ever owns in her life. My only hope is that she doesn't start to associate pale skin, blonde hair and blue eyes as the pinnacle of beauty (believe me, it happens) as a result of this. The impact of western culture on other cultures can be considerable.
