| This is the kitchen in the corner of her one room home. Her house is spotless, and cozy, made of earth. The goat was sacrificied to the Hindu Goddess Durga. Now it is holy meat to enjoy for the Dassain festival. She only has a small portion, (hanging out of veiw above her cooking fire), but she is sharing it with me. The kindness and generosity of these people touches my heart. |

Hi Gloria,

Gloria, You seem to have had a wonderful time. I have to admire you for getting behind the touristy spots to meet and befriend the real Nepali people. All of your shots depict daily life as it is for the Nepali and inform all of us at home of your daily adventures. Great human interest shot expertly taken with great sharpness, texture, composition and DOF. Well done Gloria and TFS, Paul.

hello gloria,
once again a great daily life shot and note too. I envy you because i wish i was travelling like you too, but alas! i am trapped in this western world.
one question, did you mean "daserra festival"?
sorry, if i am being a pest, let me know, i don't mind poking my tiger's nose.

An interesting photograph has been taken from daily life of a Napalese common family. Good details, light and pixle quality.
Thanks for sharing a nice image.
