[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Five day trip on primitive trails, with incrediable landscapes, from Pokara to Jomson (maybe even farther for him). He has his load of chickens to sell, and on top his essentials to sleep on the trail. Heavy load, but still that great Nepali smile! Namaste!

Hello Gloria,
Interesting photographic document. I often like unusual compositions and even portraits with parts of the person cropped (it can add to the power of a picture), but here, to be honest, it rather distracts me. The same goes for the shadow on the foreground and the tilted horizon (wouldn't it be nicer to see the person bent over under the weight of his chickens?).
But perhaps you had to take this shot quickly and in difficult circumstances I ignore. So, I hope you don't mind my critiques and will take them for what they're worth.
TFS & kind regards,
Erik

Hi Gloria,
When you are climbing the horizon is not horizontal...
When you are travelling in Nepal you don't have time to work on PP. It's a pity his feet are not in the picture, so I tried to paint some toes in a WS - too difficult.
TFS this trip in the beautiful country that is Nepal.
