[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The barber works next door to my frend. His nephew has come from the Terai, (the Maoist controlled jungle) to live with his Uncle. He is a barber in the making. Children learn the trade of their parents by living it. His gun is fake, but children his age were fighting in the Maoist army. Children his age made bombs, were lookouts, and used guns to kill. (I never saw a single toy gun till 2003, in Nepal or India).
