Bhaktapur is a mediaeval town southeast of Kathmandu, & well worth a 2-3 days stay. The potter looks like he was bowling, but he is really just sorting his pots. 70-210mm lens used.

I like the repetition of the pots of different colours in the background as well as the foreground. A very good dailt life scene ..with subdued colours. Well done

Very much so, like a bowler with his bowling balls. What a great tourist venture this is Chris.
I like the textures and colours of all the jugs as he sets out his wares. Did oyu buy one? Good composition, well shown.

Good light, well composed, but is is a little oversharpened? Still, very interesting, and, yes, humorous, (*_*)

Chris,
A very nice image!...Love the pattern & the light...
However, I fell a closer crop makes the subject "Pop" More....
I have just posted a workshop...

Prem.

Or both ?? Perhaps a tighter crop from the top, to avoid the cut-off persons entirely ? Apart from that I like it, the central subject works fine here. TFS.

Fascinating subject. Well spotted.

Whoa... there is a headless person in there! Beautiful photo. I wished I had actually stayed there in a hotel, instead of just day trips. I think Kathmandu is "too much" some days, too much traffic, too much cheating in the tourist section, etc.
