Shajee,
Portriats are shot not in wide cause it stretches the face and that makes distort so in 35mm film era it was prefered above normal lens as the normal lens people count 50mm but it is 42mm, therefore 60~100mm was ideal for portriats and here the face has a distort.
The white nose could be earased by PS as this gives not a good look on his face...
LIght is cool but the background has washed, GOD know my critique has DUM or not cause there are gurus lying among us ;)

I agree with mamcg what ever he suggested. one point he mentioned The white nose could be earased by PS as this gives not a good look on his face...No NEED TO WORK IN PS...yaar he is ur cousin/family member, u can tell him clean ur nose Im talking ur picture.

There you can always try and are always in the picture something else my friend, the Portrait where you their family are very good, details are very good. It is a wonderful picture.
